Stamp Duty is payable on any sale, exchange or gift.
  1. Documents must be completed in duplicate (two copies), stating full names of grantors (as recorded on the previous title) and on incoming IDs (for purchasers); Declarations of Identity when names are different.
  2. Full address to be stated, including district and postal /zip code, where applicable
  3. Must submit original or certified I. Ds for all parties involved in the transaction, witnessed by a Justice of the Peace or Notary Public.
  4. Must submit Final Approval if a private Entry (not a government Plan) is shown in the Schedule.
