- Kindly refer to the General Checklist General Checklist for a complete list of instrument requirements, to ensure that all requirements for your transaction are met.
- Kindly refer to the land Registry Fees Schedule Fees Schedule for fees
- Application form in duplicate (letter format), signed by the developer
- Letter from Housing and Planning
- Complete and submit Form 1: Site/Floor Plan which defines the area of the individual Strata Units
- Complete and submit Form 2: Schedule of Unit Entitlement, which must be signed by surveyor
- Complete and submit Form 3: Elevations and Sections
- By-laws
- Original Land Certificate, if one was issued
